This policy explains what information Safha collects when you use our store, how we use it, and your choices.

- Order information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the books you buy.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's secure page and is never stored on our servers.
- Cart data: your shopping cart and saved items are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you return.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the store working.
How we use your information
- To process payments, ship your order, and provide customer support.
- To send order-related messages and receipts.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Stripe, to process your payment and calculate sales tax.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Hosting and database providers that run our store.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing ahmatdjabrala@gmail.com. We may keep information we are legally required to keep. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and can use the same email address to make a request.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to remember your cart. Stripe may use cookies on its payment page to process payments and prevent fraud. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
