By using the Safha website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Books and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep book descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a book is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

New and used books

Each book page shows the condition of the book. New books are unread and unused. Used books may show normal signs of previous use, and we describe their condition as accurately as we can. Many used books are a single copy, so availability can change at any moment. Cover images may be illustrations and are not always a photo of the exact copy you will receive.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the information you give is correct. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you check out. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a book is unavailable. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy are part of these terms.

Content of the books

We sell books written and published by others. We are not responsible for the opinions or content of the books we sell. Books are sold for personal use. Where the law allows, books are otherwise sold as they are, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Safha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for illegal purposes. The content on this site belongs to Safha or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
