14-day returns

You can return a book within 14 days after you receive it, as long as it is in the same condition it was in when we sent it to you. Please do not write in it, highlight it, bend the pages, or damage the cover.

New and used books

Every book page shows the condition of the book: New, Used - Like new, Used - Very good, Used - Good, or Used - Acceptable. Used books may show normal signs of previous use, such as light wear on the cover or pages, and this is not a reason for a return. A used book that is in worse condition than the one described on its page can be returned for a full refund (see "Wrong or damaged books" below).

How to return a book

1. Email us at ahmatdjabrala@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the book carefully so it is not damaged on the way, and send it back to us. Please keep your shipping receipt or tracking number.

Return shipping cost

For a normal return (for example, you changed your mind), the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. We refund the price of the books you paid, minus the return shipping cost, and send you the remaining amount.

Your refund

• After we receive and check the book, we refund the money to your original payment method.
• Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• The original shipping fee you paid when you ordered is not refunded for a normal return.

Wrong or damaged books

If your book arrives damaged, is not the book you ordered, or a used book is in worse condition than described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases we pay for return shipping, and you get a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a replacement if we have another copy.

Books we cannot accept back

• Books with writing, highlighting, stains, or damage that happened after delivery.
• Books with missing pages, covers, or included materials such as discs or inserts.
• Books returned after the 14-day period.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different book, return the original and place a new order. Many of our used books are one-of-a-kind, so a book may sell out. To cancel an order that has not shipped yet, email us as soon as possible.
